Shipping Policy

We will attempt to ship your order within 48 hours.  We process and assemble orders Monday-Friday excluding Holidays.  All processed orders are shipped by 4pm EST Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays excluding holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Info

TBC is not responsible for packages returned, delivered incorrectly, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customers.  No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.  Any re-shipment cost will be covered by customers. 

Damaged, Defective, Lost, or Stolen Packages

TBC is not responsible for any damaged, defective, lost, or stolen packages occurring from transit and postal handling.  

If you would like insurance placed on your package through USPS please add in checkout process.

Return & Exchange Policy 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Tangled Tresses by NeNe: Because we offer sample sizes we do not accept returns or exchanges on our hair care line products.

NeNe’s Natural Things: We Do Not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the nature of products sold.

KNGDM Wear Collection: We offer a 3 day return policy on all clothing items.  All return, shipping, and restock fees are covered by customers and will be deducted from total price paid.  

To start a return, please contact us atreturns@tbcbynene.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, hair care products, natural home and personal care items.
